Instructor Biography: Daniel Asimow is a litigator with Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabkin in San Francisco. He specializes in antitrust and class action litigation. Mr. Asimow graduated from Harvard University in 1988 and received his J.D. in 1992 from Boalt Hall School of Law. Following law school, he clerked for Judge Jon O. Newman, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. At Howard, Rice, Mr. Asimow has represented retailers and utilities in antitrust litigation, provided antitrust counseling on product distribution issues, and recently represented Major League Baseball in the jury trial of a class action brought by retired baseball players.
