Lindsay Nako ’05 is currently Special Counsel at the non-profit law firm the Impact Fund, where she specializes in class action impact litigation. Prior to joining the Impact Fund, Ms. Nako spent a decade representing employees in employment discrimination class actions and employee benefits litigation. As a shareholder at the Oakland-based law firm Lewis, Feinberg, Lee & Jackson, P.C., she represented individuals and classes of benefit plan participants and beneficiaries, including pension plan participants and beneficiaries harmed by imprudent investments of plan assets and employees who suffered illegal vacation pay forfeitures.
