Amy Craig is a partner at Ramsey & Ehrlich, a small, trial-focused firm founded by two former federal prosecutors with extensive courtroom experience. Her practice focuses on defending individuals and corporations in enforcement actions brought by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission and other federal and state governmental authorities.
Amy currently serves on the Criminal Justice Act panel for the Northern District of California and as a member of the District’s Criminal Rules and Practice Committee.
Amy received her J.D. from Berkeley Law, where she won the Jamison Award for Scholarship and Advocacy and the McBaine Honors Moot Court Competition. Before attending law school, Amy was a Teach for America corps member in New Orleans, Louisiana and taught middle school in Oakland, California.
She received her undergraduate degree from Boston College, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
