Encore Bears
Retirees from Berkeley may return to work on campus for a limited period when the university needs their skills for temporary staff positions. Encore Bears was designed as a two-year pilot program that responds to the needs of hiring managers by providing a matching service which vets the prior experience of recent retirees, and connects highly-qualified retirees with campus units with immediate business needs.
