“With FORM+FUND, entrepreneurs and scientists no longer have an excuse to not have the resources to bring their discoveries to the world. From accounting to legal advice, FORM+FUND provides them all. But most of all, FORM+FUND is the venue where newbies find fellow entrepreneurs, business partners, and of course, friends.”

— Arvin Gouw, Founder and FORM+FUND Fellow

Startup@BerkeleyLaw proudly hosts the renowned FORM+FUND Workshop Series, an exclusive program designed to educate and empower entrepreneurs in the UC Berkeley community. This series focuses on teaching the essential legal, financial, and organizational aspects involved in starting and scaling a new business. Led by leading Silicon Valley attorneys, entrepreneurs, and venture capitalists, each session of the FORM+FUND Series provides invaluable insights directly from industry experts and an opportunity to connect with key players in the startup ecosystem.

The FORM+FUND Fellowship is by application only, ensuring a focused and immersive learning experience for all participants. Furthermore, seats to FORM+FUND Workshops are solely available to each annual cohort of Fellows.  By becoming a FORM+FUND Fellow, you can join hundreds of other Berkeley-affiliated founders who have already applied the vital skills we teach and have succeeded in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
