On March 31, 2020, we welcomed Judge Stephen Higginson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; Judge Allison J. Rushing of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit; and Justice Jon B. Streeter of the California Court of Appeal, First District to preside over the final round.
