Jennifer Johnson is Associate General Counsel for the Nutrition & Biosciences Division of DuPont. This division is DuPont’s largest and sells a wide variety of products, including probiotics, cultures, industrial enzymes, food and beverage ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients. She leads a large in-house legal team and has responsibility for all commercial and intellectual property matters. Jennifer came to DuPont in 2013 from Finnegan, where she was a partner specializing in biotech and pharmaceutical patent litigation. She has served as an adjunct professor at Howard University School of Law, teaching both patent law and patent policy. Jennifer holds a J.D. from the University of Washington in Seattle and a Ph.D. in plant biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
