Graduating Student FAQ
A: The ceremony portion of commencement at the Greek Theatre usually ends around 11:30am or 12pm. We are planning a reception for graduates and their guests immediately following the ceremony at the Law School, which usually ends around 1:30pm or 2:00pm.
A: Diplomas are mailed approximately four months after graduation by the main campus. If you have any questions about diplomas at all, please email Maggie Jacobs at brydolf6@berkeley.edu who works on the main campus.
A: Please see this page under “Make Sure My Name is Correct on My Diploma” for information on how to verify the accuracy of your name for your diploma.
A: All student @berkeley.edu email accounts are active for 9 months after graduation. Berkeley currently allows alumni to renew active @berkeley.edu Google accounts subject to storage limitations and taking steps to renew your access. Please see this page for more information.

A: Your Cal1Cards will give you access to the Law Building through the end of July so that you can study at the Law Building and use your locker until then. Please note that since you will no longer be enrolled students, main campus will not issue you a new Cal1Card if you lost it after you graduate. If you are leaving town before the end of July, please be sure to clean out your locker before you do so.
You should contact University Health Services (UHS) directly with any questions regarding student insurance or access to health services. This UHS website has helpful information and may answer your questions. UHS also has a website with information about insurance after graduation.
