UC Berkeley Law confers certificates and honors in several areas of study to students who fulfill specific requirements. Explore our offerings below.
Students can participate in the voluntary Pro Bono Pledge by committing to contributing a certain number of pro bono hours during their time at UC Berkeley Law. Qualifying students are recognized for this important achievement at graduation. Because the Pro Bono Program is non-academic, no certificate is awarded and honors do not appear on the transcript.
