Scholarly Writing
The Law Library offers a guide to J.D. Writing Requirement, including tips for selecting and developing a topic and strategies for organizing your research. The Law Library also has a Preemption Checking Checklist to make sure the paper you’re writing hasn’t been written by someone else.
