Daniel H. Burch is the Chairman, CEO and co-founder of MacKenzie Partners, Inc., in 1992, and its predecessor business. Today MacKenzie Partners is one of the leading proxy solicitation, corporate governance and specialized investor relations consulting firms serving clients around the world. In his role as advisor to issuer and their boards, he is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and campaigns for clients involved in mergers, proxy contests, tender and exchange offers, shareholder activism preparedness, corporate governance, financial restructurings and other complex corporate transactions. The firm through its Sentinel Market Intelligence business segment also offers its clients beneficial owner analysis and market surveillance, vote analysis and projections and stockholder and bondholder identification. Mr. Burch has over 35 years of experience in the Proxy/M&A industry and led his client’s campaigns in some of the largest tender offers and proxy contests during his career.
Mr. Burch is a member of the Society of Governance Professionals and a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and frequently lectures on subjects of mergers and acquisitions, proxy contests, activism, and corporate governance.

Mr. Burch is a graduate of Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA from which he earned a B.S., majoring in economics and accounting.
