Mario Choi is a Partner at Donahue Fitzgerald LLP, where he advises and represents clients in complex commercial litigation and other matters. Before joining the firm, Mario was an attorney at a plaintiff class action firm, serving as counsel on a number of securities, consumer protection, antitrust, and privacy class action matters. He began his legal career in New York, first serving as a law clerk in the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court, New York County, and then as an associate at a mid-size law firm. Mario is active in the community, serving as a Judge Pro Tem for the San Francisco Superior Court and on the boards of a number of non-profit and legal organizations.
