Mario Choi is Senior Counsel at Donahue Fitzgerald LLP, where he advises and represents clients in complex commercial litigation and other matters. Before joining the firm, Mario was an attorney in the Bay Area office of a New York-based plaintiff class action firm, serving as counsel on a number of securities, consumer protection, antitrust, and privacy class action matters. He began his legal career in New York, first serving as a law clerk in the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court, New York County, and then as a litigation associate at a mid-size law firm. Mario is active in the community, serving as a Judge Pro Tem for the San Francisco Superior Court and on the boards of a number of non-profit and legal organizations.
