Zelda Vassar is a Staff Attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Previously, she was an Attorney Advisor with the United States Department of Justice – Executive Office for Immigration Review. Zelda was also a Fellow at the United Nations International Law Commission and an intern at the Department of State – Office of the Legal Advisor, Department of Justice – Office of Foreign Litigation, and the World Bank.
Zelda received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School with honors. She received her B.A. in Global Studies & Spanish from University of California, Santa Barbara with high honors.
