Justin Albstein is Deputy General Counsel at Doma Holdings, Inc. He has more than ten years of experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial and technology transactions and counseling business entities in highly regulated industries. Mr. Albstein formerly practiced at Goodwin Procter LLP and Reed Smith LLP and served as Deputy Administrator of the Gulf Coast Claims Facility. He has maintained an active pro bono practice focused on restitution claims and cultural property law. Mr. Albstein received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. from Yale College.
