Nikki Zeichner is a former public interest lawyer who leads and coaches teams in designing government services and products. She has served agencies across the federal government as well as at the state and city level with organizations including the DOL’s Office of Unemployment Insurance Modernization, 18F, Code for America, and New America’s New Practice Lab.
