Gabrielle Daley is a Clinical Teaching Fellow in the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic. Prior to joining the clinic she was an associate at the firm of Kissinger & Fellman, P.C. where her practice focused on municipal telecommunications. Gabrielle received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2018, where she was a member of the Colorado Technology Law Journal. She was also a student attorney in the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law & Policy Clinic, where she worked with other students to prepare and present to WIPO member states a study of how international copyright law affects people with disabilities. She worked as a summer legal policy intern at Public Knowledge and interned for Judge Gregory Lammons of the 8th Judicial District of Colorado. Daley received her bachelor of arts degrees in art history and history from Colorado State University in 2012.
