This is a two-day program for energy law practitioners, attorneys and other professionals interested in learning more about energy topics. Leading experts will cover critical and rapidly-evolving aspects of energy law, providing valuable information and updates to current practitioners and a boot-camp-like introduction for those new to the field. Subjects covered include wildfire and utilities; renewable energy siting; energy storage deployment; community choice aggregation; and reducing transportation emissions.
Note: This program is not intended for current law students.
