Berkeley Law welcomes students interested in Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees.
Master of Laws (LL. M.)
Berkeley Law is one of the top 10 law schools in the United States, and offers two paths to the same LL.M. degree: a traditional nine-month track and a professional track spanning two consecutive summer terms.
Traditional track LLM students interested in environmental and energy law can earn one or both of the certificates we offer in the area: the Environmental Law Certificate and the Energy and Clean Technology Certificate. Interested students do not need to separately apply for admission to the environmental or energy law programs. Applications for certificates will be processed near the end of the traditional track curriculum.
