Equitable EV Action Plan Framework

Working with The Greenlining Institute, Forth, and other partners, we are developing a model Equitable EV Action Plan Framework to assist local governments and stakeholders in crafting EV and electrified mobility action plans to achieve transportation decarbonization through locally tailored, equity-focused strategies.

The framework is intended to give local leaders, advocates, and communities the tools and resources they need to build and implement equitable, effective, community-focused strategies. It includes examples of best practices and ambitious policies and pilots across public and multifamily charging, shared and micromobility, funding and financing, city department coordination, community engagement, and more. We will publish the framework in late 2024.
