Welcome to the new electronic journal of the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality & Anti-Discrimination Law. The journal is intended to inform our members about interesting new papers in our field, by distributing abstracts and links to the papers. We will produce the journal here at Berkeley Law, with co-editors rotating each month, assisted by our editorial assistants, Berkeley students Talia Harris and Yolanda Ye. If you’d like to serve as a co-editor, please contact David Oppenheimer at email@example.com.
Our electronic journal issues can be found here:
The Center sponsors a scholarly workshop approximately once a month with participation from members around the world joining through internet-based video-conferencing. Some workshop focuses on the presentation of a scholarly work in progress, often by emerging scholars, creating a forum to discuss developments in comparative equality and anti-discrimination law. Others are reports on new developments from activists in the field.
Social Science Research Network E-Journal
From 2018-19 the Center periodically distributed a Social Science Research Network e-journal with links to new papers on the topic of comparative equality and anti-discrimination law.
Our past E-journal Issues can be found here:
