His research is focused on conflict solving, constitutional law theory, the rule of law, and public policy design on fighting corruption and attracting foreign investments. He is an expert negotiator, certified mediator, professor, and entrepreneur. He has helped more than 300 international organizations and 7,500 leaders transform conflicts into opportunities, as author of the Successful Negotiator Method in the US, Canada, Latin America, and Spain. He has taught constitutional law, philosophy of law, foreign investment law and arbitration, leadership, contracts, and negotiations in some of the finest educational institutions in Mexico and the US. He has held important work positions in law and consulting firms, the local and federal government, as well as in NGOs. Therefore, he has an exceptional balance between theory and practice on law & economics, business, and public policy.
