New Phone Line Installed and Existing Phone Line Moves
If you need to have a new phone line installed or an existing line moved, please email buildingoversight@law.berkeley.edu with the names, room with jack ID’s and phone numbers of those being moved.
Phone Orders
If you would like to order any phone-related items, including phones, voicemail, headsets, and extension cords, please email phones@law.berkeley.edu with the following information. Please make sure you obtain the approval of the appropriate supervisor before sending the order email.

- Phone number (if any)
- Room number and Jack ID
- Items requested
- Chartstring

To request phone support, including to report a broken phone or to reset a voicemail password, please email phones@law.berkeley.edu with the following information:

- Description of problem
- Description of phone, if applicable (ex. Avaya 2410, Avaya 9404, Cortelco, etc.)
