- How do I access e-mail while traveling?
If you are traveling and will not have access to your own computer, you can easily access your e-mail via Webmail on almost any web-enabled computer. You can login to your e-mail by going to https://www.law.berkeley.edu/webmail and entering your login and e-mail password. (Note: If you are traveling internationally, you should change your e-mail password so that it contains no special characters.) If you are unsure how to change your e-mail password, please refer to the tutorial on Managing Your E-mail Account. If you are going to be bringing a laptop computer, there are many details to consider such as where you are staying, what services you will be using to connect to the internet, your laptop’s hardware configuration, etc. We strongly recommend contacting the Help Desk well before you depart so that we can come up with the most effective solution for you.
