Computer Support

To report a technical problem with your office computer, servers, e-mail – send an e-mail message with the following information to trouble@law.berkeley.edu:

 

·          Your name

·          Journal name

·          Room number where computer requiring serviced is located

·          Desk location for this computer (if technician needs to perform service when office is vacant)

 

For assistance with a proposed purchase of a computer, printer or software, send an e-mail to trouble@law.berkeley.edu.  All computer-related purchases must be reviewed and approved in advance by Berkeley Law Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) to ensure compatibility with existing Boalt Hall systems.
