  1. Will I receive a transcript for this course? Yes, you will receive a University of California transcript. If you are earning a degree at Berkeley Law, this course will not appear on your LL.M. transcript.

    course required for any LL.M. program?
    No.
  3. Will this course count towards an LLM
    degree?
    No; LL.M. students must still take all 21 units required for
    graduation when they are on campus. However, it will satisfy one course
    requirement for the Law & Technology LL.M. Certificate of Specialization.

    count towards any other Certificates of Specialization for the LLM?
    No.
  5. Can I still take the on-site Intellectual
    Property course when I arrive on campus and enroll for my LL.M.?
    Yes.

    For every hour of lecture, expect to spend 2-3 hours
    of independent study time, so for the whole class you should expect to set
    aside 10-15 hours per week for lectures, office hours and study time.
