The Advancement Team can help student groups in their outreach to alumni. We want to foster connections and create engagement.
We are happy to speak to you about:
- Understanding your goals and acting as a consultant to help you reach these goals
- Identifying lists of alumni
- Tailoring messaging
- Ensuring relevant departments are apprised of your plans
- Coordinating the alumni communications calendar
- To preserve the privacy of our alumni, please note that we can not provide email or contact lists to your group
The process is as follows:
- Your student group needs to complete this request form. Please include as much information as possible.
- The Advancement Team will reply within 2 business days to your request, and will schedule a call or meeting to discuss.
- Please allow 6-8 weeks for most requests to be completed.
