BCLT’s long-term success is due not only to its physical location but also to its unique collaborative structure. Instead of focusing on a siloed area of the law, BCLT combines the thought leadership of 20 professors, 40+ instructors, and several thought-leading Research Fellows–all of whom are focused on technology or IP. Each brings unique knowledge and research to BCLT–from privacy to patents, from tech transactions to telecommunications, and from criminal justice to copyright law.
