Research and Curriculum
BCLT has 17 faculty directors, whose groundbreaking research and writing have an impact on public policy. Our curriculum comprises more than 38 courses in the law and technology area, including Introduction to Intellectual Property as a first-year elective and the nation’s first law, technology and public policy clinic. BCLT also administers the Law & Technology Certificate Program, which recognizes students who make a sustained commitment to the law and technology curriculum.
