Presented by Scott J. Shapiro on his most recent publication, “Fancy Bear Goes Phishing,” where he draws on his popular Yale University class about hacking to expose the secrets of the digital age. The follow-up discussion was led by Paul Schwartz, UC Berkeley Law, and responses were given by Michael Rubin, Latham & Watkins, and Josephine Wolff, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
