In this lecture, Ms. Xiaoxia (Sarah) Zhang from King & Wood Mallesons introduced the recent progress of trade secret enforcement in China with exemplary cases and statistics.

Xiaoxia is an IP litigation partner in KWM. She deals with complex disputes involving patent, trade secret, copyright, trademark, and unfair competition. Ms. Zhang has extensive experience in handling IP litigation matters, especially patent infringement and invalidation cases. She provides services for clients from various technical fields such as automotive, medical devices, LCD/OLED display technology, communication, and has expertise in areas involving specialized and sophisticated techniques. Before Xiaoxia joined KWM in 2012, she served at the Patent Reexamination Board for 8 years.
