Berkeley Law’s unique IP and tech law CLE course curriculum crafted by the nation’s #1 IP & tech law program is back.
Broad, meandering CLE programming can be a waste of time – a waste that most busy lawyers cannot afford. Practitioners need to focus on the precise legal issues that matter to their specific practice. To get that knowledge to you, the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology (BCLT) has created Berkeley IP & Tech Month. This year, we offered 36 highly-focused, year-in-review courses. In these sessions, you can hear experts explain the key cases from the prior year and their relevance. Pick the sessions that matter to you and attend virtually.
General CLE (pending approval) and CPE will be offered
These are not your typical CLE courses. They are highly-focused sessions that are curated through Berkeley Law. With over 75 tech and IP-focused experts leading the courses, our instructors are the cornerstone of this program.

B-CLE is only certified to give credit for California. If you are seeking credit for another jurisdiction, please check with your state bar to determine if California CLE credits are recognized, through reciprocity, in your jurisdiction.
