Using Scholastica for Submitting Articles to Law Reviews & Journals
Scholastica is a law review submission service that allows authors to manage and track submissions to multiple journals. Most law reviews accept submissions either through Scholastica, their own websites, or via email.
Students can set up an individual account on Scholastica directly (see below). Students may qualify on a limited basis to use the Law School’s institutional account. If you wish to participate in this program, contact I-Wei Wang in the Law Library for details about approval, which is handled by I-Wei in conjunction with the law school administration. There is a limit on the amount the student can spend when using these services.
A useful guide to the article submission process is available on LSN (SSRN): Submission of Law Student Articles for Publication. This guide is worth reviewing before you start the process of submitting an article to journals.
