Using Scholastica

Using Scholastica for Submitting Articles to Law Reviews & Journals

Scholastica is a law review submission service that allows authors to manage and track submissions to multiple journals. Most law reviews accept submissions either through Scholastica or their own websites.

Students wishing to use Scholastica must contact I-Wei Wang in the Law Library.  Approval for the use of the institutional accounts is handled by I-Wei in conjunction with the law school administration. There is a limit on the amount the student can spend when using these services.

A useful guide to the entire process is available on LSN (SSRN): Submission of Law Student Articles for Publication.  This guide is worth reviewing before you start the process of submitting an article to journals.
