USB/Flash Drives
- A USB port is located on the side of the monitor.
- To eject your drive from the Macs, drag the drive icon from the desktop to the trash, which will change into an eject icon. Then remove the drive.
Printing
- Printing from these computers is provided using Pharos popup software. You can print in black and white or in color by selecting the appropriate printer. If you want to print on special paper, look for computers with the MANUAL label and use them to print to the manual feed printer.
Logging Out
- Please be sure to quit the web browser when you have finished your browsing session (press command + Q/ctrl + Q or use the File menu to quit). This will log the computer out of any websites (bSpace, your email, etc.) that you have logged into while using this computer.
- If you have saved any files to the Desktop, drag them to the trash/recycle bin and empty it to delete them.
