KLC Phil Shinn Event

Event Description:

On February 28th, 2023, the Korea Law Center at Berkeley Law invited Phillip Shinn, partner at LimNexus LLP and Berkeley Law alumnus, to come to his alma mater to talk about the Korean American Community, the Legal Field, and the Korean Diaspora. Mr. Shinn notably was the president of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA), a founding member of the Council of Korean Americans (CKA), and the overseas president of the International Association of Korean Lawyers (IAKL). He has extensive experience as a litigator and has been named a Northern California “Super Lawyer.” It was a great pleasure for the KLC Student Fellows to have a chance to talk with Mr. Shinn and hear his insights and experience in giving back to the community as well as his advice for future attorneys.
