The Alumni Workplace Challenge is a vital part of the law school’s annual fundraising efforts, proving year after year to be a tremendous vehicle for securing annual alumni donations and boosting overall alumni giving participation rates. Since its inception, Alumni Workplace Challenge has raised over $15M to support core programs from financial aid, faculty scholarship, and support for our clinics and centers.
Through this workplace giving program, alumni volunteer captains encourage their Berkeley Law colleagues to support the law school by making a gift before the end of the fiscal year (June 30). This friendly competition between organizations builds camaraderie among graduates and firm brand recognition.
The Alumni Workplace Challenge campaign runs May 1 through June 30, yet all donations to Berkeley Law made throughout the fiscal year (July 1 through June 30) count towards the campaign.
