Law professors from throughout the country gathered at Boalt in January for a roundtable showcasing recent scholarship on international law. Participants discussed cutting-edge work in such areas as World Trade Organization dispute settlement, international tribunals and international law in U.S. courts. Sponsored by the International Legal Studies Program, the conference featured presentations by Boalt professors Andrew Guzman and John Yoo, and by law faculty from UC Davis, UCLA, University of Chicago, Hofstra University, University of Illinois, Northwestern University, University of Pennsylvania and Vanderbilt University.
