Patent Case Management

June 24, 2021, 2 – 5 pm EST

Building on Patent Basics, this session provides a highly practical review of patent case management, covering early case management, ADR, claim construction (featuring a simulated and accessible hearing), and panel discussions of patent eligibility (§ 101), jury instructions on key issues, expert witnesses (technical and damages), and patent remedies.  The faculty features leading practitioners and experienced patent jurists.
