Check Application Status Online

We are now able to offer you the option of checking your application status online. Please follow the instructions below to use this service.
 
In order to check your application status online, you must have received a login and password sent in an e-mail from our admissions department. These are sent out regularly after your application has been received by our office.
 

If you have received an e-mail containing your login and password


Follow the link below. You will be prompted to enter you login and password.
You will also be asked to create a new, personalized password. Please retain this in a secure location for your records and for subsequent usage.
Checking your application status online will allow you to see and verify your contact information, the receipt of recommendation letters, and mailings sent from the Admissions Office.  Please notify our office if any of the information needs to be updated.

If you have not received an e-mail containing your login and password


Please be patient. We send these out in regular batches for all new applications received. You can expect to receive an e-mail containing the information you need to check your application status online within approximately 1-2 weeks of submitting your application.
We also suggest that you check your bulk mail folder. In the past our e-mails have sometimes been directed to bulk or junk mail folders.
If you believe that you should have already received an e-mail with your login and password based on when you sent in your application, or if your e-mail address has changed since you submitted your application, please contact us at admissions@law.berkeley.edu.
