Research

28352260202_816ec520d2_oFor decades, the Thelton E. Henderson Center for Social Justice has conducted primary research that views the law in a social context, is accessible and relevant to the public, and reflects a layered and multidisciplinary approach to solving problems. Through our research, we hope to contribute to the community of activists and scholars dedicated to eradicating our most pressing equity challenges. As always, our interests are diverse. We have produced insightful, data-driven reports about topics including the school to prison pipeline, wellness outcomes for men and boys of colors, how incarceration disrupts the lives of women and girls, how Proposition 209 impacts businesses, and more.
