8:30 – 9:30 AM: Anatomy of a Breach – Response and Liability
This panel will focus on civil liability arising from cybersecurity incidents and will look at, among other things, breach notification laws, class action and standing issues, and cybersecurity insurance.
9:30 – 10:30 AM: Interacting with Government Agencies
Speakers from the FBI and the Secret Service will discuss how private companies facing cybersecurity incidents should coordinate with government authorities.
