The protection of intellectual property rights is increasingly defined by global markets and territorial laws. On February 24, 2014, UC Hastings will host a Seminar on Law in the Global Marketplace: IP and Related Issues, sponsored by Hogan Lovells and co-sponsored by the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology. The Seminar will address key issues in IP law on three continents – Asia, North America and Europe, focusing on key issues in each region and the interplay between them. A list of speakers and topics will be announced soon.

Immediately followed by a post-conference reception in the Sky Room located at 100 McAllister.
