One hundred years ago, UC Berkeley’s
School of Jurisprudence was founded with the goal of becoming one of the best
law schools in the country. Today, Boalt
is a top-tier law school, with a renowned faculty and accomplished alumni in all
walks of life.
Please join us as we look back on 100 years of outstanding
legal education and begin to chart a course for an equally remarkable second
century. We will be celebrating throughout the year with intimate dinners with
illustrious faculty members and alums, video-conferences with Dean Edley, a
centennial-themed alumni weekend, and a political roundtable discussion as we
head into the Presidential election. The festivities culminate with a 100th

Offering different political viewpoints, the panelists will reveal their opinions and grade the President’s performance with a “report card.” Dean Christopher Edley, Jr., will moderate a panel including Current TV host and former Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm, former Secretary of Labor Robert Reich, political strategist Dan Schnur, and former California Gov. Pete Wilson ’62. Join us for this exciting debate as our country prepares to vote in the next Presidential election.
