A wide-ranging exploration of the rapid evolution of laws and policy governing antitrust, intellectual property and the technology industries drew more than 100 top scholars and practitioners from across the United States and abroad to a two-day conference at Boalt Hall. Professor Howard Shelanski ’92 , Professor Aaron Edlin, Professor Daniel Rubinfeld and Robert Barr, incoming executive director of Boalt’s Berkeley Center for Law & Technology, were among the panel participants in the Berkeley Conference on Antitrust in the Technology Economy, held June 9-10, 2005.
The conference was cosponsored by the American Bar Association sections of Antitrust Law and Intellectual Property Law and by UC Berkeley’s Competition Policy Center.
