This session explores the principles and doctrines governing trademark law led by leading scholars and practitioners and experienced jurists. The program begins with a tutorial on trademark law. It then simulates a preliminary injunction hearing, a key element of many trademark cases. It concludes with a panel on trademark case management. It is an essential introduction for judges who have never studied or practiced trademark law and a good refresher for those who have.
