Join us for snacks and conversation with David Spence, The Rex G. Baker Centennial Chair in Natural Resources Law Professor from the University of Texas, Austin. Professor Spence will share insights from his book, Climate of Contempt: How to Rescue the U.S. Energy Transition from Voter Partisanship (Columbia University Press, 2024). In his book, Professor Spence examines why it has been so challenging for the United States to enact climate policies.
