“I assume (Katherine Feinstein) will have to wait; they’ll have to open a probate proceeding and she’ll have to be appointed as the executor,” said Eric Rakowski, a professor at Berkeley Law who teaches estates and trusts. “She can maintain the same causes of action but now in a different role as executor for the estate.”
