Jonathan Gould, one of nine new Berkeley Law faculty members this year, is the co-winner of the annual Association of American Law Schools’ Scholarly Papers Award. The prize recognizes the work of early-career scholars. Gould was honored for “Law Within Congress,” which will be published next year in the Yale Law Journal.
