This week, four third-year Berkeley Law students will deliver oral argument in two cases before the Ninth Circuit! On April 2, 2024, Emma Rodriguez and Remy Carreiro will argue two cases that have been consolidated for purposes of oral argument, Williams v. Shinn and Faulkner v. Shinn.
