This week, four third-year Berkeley Law students will deliver oral argument in two cases before the Ninth Circuit! On April 2, 2024, Emma Rodriguez and Remy Carreiro will argue two cases that have been consolidated for purposes of oral argument, Williams v. Shinn and Faulkner v. Shinn. On April 3, 2023, Daniel Fuentes and Adnan Perwez will argue Castro Perez v. Garland.

These cases are first on the court’s calendar for Courtroom One in San Francisco and should start promptly at 9:00 am. The link above has a brief description of the cases. You can watch live video stream simulcasts of these arguments at the Ninth Circuit’s website. Recordings of all oral arguments are available the day after argument at http://www.ca9.uscourts.gov/media/
