We are delighted to announce that Chief Judge Richard Seeborg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California will join us for a Q&A session on patent remedies on Monday, April 1 at 6:30 pm in Room 295, Warren.

Chief Judge Seeborg has extensive experience presiding over complex patent cases, including injunctions, damages, willfulness, and attorney fees. He will share his insights and perspectives on the challenges and trends in patent remedies and answer your questions on this topic.

This Q&A session is open to all Berkeley law students interested in patent law and litigation, regardless of whether you are enrolled in the Patent Remedies class.
